Rachel Phillips grew up in Chalmette, LA. A 2005 graduate of Pearl River Community College with a Dental Hygiene degree, Rachel has worked with Dr. Allen for the past 12 years. Rachel lives in Long Beach with her husband James and two children, Jim and Luke. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Shyanne Ladner currently lives in Gulfport with her partner and two dogs, Zeus and Diesel. She received her dental assistant training at the Accelerated Dental Academy in Denham Springs, LA and has worked with Dr. Allen for the past year.

Cindy T. Ward is a life-long resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast where she currently lives in Biloxi with her husband Mark and her three children, Savannah, Garrison and Grant. Cindy has been with Dr. Allen for three years. She enjoys walking, shopping and spending time with her family.
